Open up the box and inside you’ll find the Bluboo Maya (mine came fitted with tempered glass screen protector), user manual and other papers, USB charging/data transfer cable and a 1A two pin charger. Presentation is quite simple and straight to the point. The Maya comes in what seems like a recycled carton such as was used by Xiaomi in the MI3. So is it any good? Should you purchase this device? Well, let’s find out. Bluboo claims the camera on the Maya is good, and the sensor used is said to be the 8mp Sony IMX219 camera. Now Bluboo has lunched a new low end phone, the Maya with its fair share of hype. I once desired the Bluboo Xtouch which was a rather hyped device last year, but the camera as noted in reviews and sample images I downloaded was below expectations. Bluboo has been around for some time but I’ve never managed to purchase any unit. Just a week after handling the incredible ZTE Blade A1 I received my Bluboo Maya.
